is it possible to tell the BIN of the LED by reading the printing at back?

yes

in your case, it is white lux bin PYAK
P as in the flux bin, YA in color and K in Vf

Look in the link I posted above. As shiftd stated, the first letter corresponds to the flux (brightness in lumens).

The next two letters tell you the color tint. In the same link above, scroll down to the 2nd & 3rd picture and you will see the color tint charts. If you have one number instead of the two letters, that is the old binning scale.

The fourth letter tells you the vf.
The last letter specifies the color of the luxeon.
