I donít know. Iím sure this forum alone covers atleast half of his profits but his turnaround time is top notch for custom runs .

Here is my weak attempt to compare the beam patterns and output of the lights on the group photo at the very button below, minus empty md2 host, it jumped in the photo only to show the size perspective.
Corner of the fence 13 m, the pine tree-point of aim is at 44 meters.
    Photos are in following order:
    1-control, shows ambient lighting.
    2- P60 OR Mule 219C inside surefire/cryos/malkoff lego,
    3- HDS 200 HCRI.
    4-OR E35,219c with optic.
    5-MD1 HOT.
    6-e2ht 16340 body.
    7-e2sht (e2xtd) 16340 body.
    8-Group photo.

I love my wildcat, and also like being able to run it on 2 18650s, not sure if that will be an option with the new ones

I'm guessing the second image from the bottom is the hot?

Ya, the runtime on two 18650 has to be decent.

No need to guess I stated the order the images are.
The second beamshot from the buttom is e2ht, it has more lux than the HOT, that is on the image above it.

Nice comparisons! How does the color rendering actually look between 4 and 5 to the eye?

The pictures show close to what I saw in person. OR is warm 4000K HCRI
, it makes warm shades stand out, cool HOT not so much. For close up work I would prefer neutral, while for far reach I actually like cool, it makes things pop at distance, at least to my eyes.
One funny thing to note. While HOT and OR are very close in terms of throw and output, HOT stays cool, OR warms up . Get it? Seriously though, I see this as normal because I believe OR is in direct drive in the high mode, so 219c just acts as it should, runs hot.
But even OR 219C does not heat as quickly as direct drive malkoff e2sht, I never plan on running it continuously so it fine.

Makes me realize itís been awhile since Iíve gone out and done side by side comparisons of my throwers. Sometimes you just get into the routine of grabbing the same lights for the same tasks, itís good to take a fresh look once in a while

I think the md2 with 91t for the Az2 I came out ahead.

Yup 22.3 crenulated would be kind. I'm sure there would be enough interest for a GB.

Ya he has to look at the big picture and not what 10-20 of us nuts want 😁. He told me at one time he had something like 30-40 different Dropins ďthat number was probably more canít remember the exact number ď It got to much so he settled on what he has now and itís been good for him. I do wish he offered a custom order page though . List your output, tint, voltage range etc etc. he could charge a big premium and most of us would jump on it. Unfortunately it would slow the rest of his work down and many customers would suffer. Apparently he has more customers then just us? HUH whoíd a think so 😁
If i had one day left to live i would want to be at my workplace.Because every day is like a frickin eternity.
