Hi all,
just found this, probably well known to many, but it caught my eye and thought I'd share.

Here's a battery which have serviced a clock since 1840 and continues to do so, pretty impressive and interesting. :-D

Imagine using a 2KV battery and a buck converter to power a flashlight. Horrible PWM though.
