old surefire weaponlight

just got my hands on this kit for a steal
its all brand new,
if i keep it can i put an led module in it like a malkoff?
or should i sell it and get something else

Call Gene and he will tell you yes indeed it can be adapted to an LED of his. You'll need a spacer to take a little bit of the "recoil" cushion out of that head otherwise an LRD drop-in would flash every time.

I say keep it and rock it man.

Gene sells everything you need to update that piece of kit which is a very nice piece of Surefire! Congrats!!!
