Dropped my lumintop tool 2.0 under my deck today. There is only one spot that it could fall through and of course that's where I dropped it. Where it is would be extremely tough for me to get to so I'm thinking of ordering a new one, before I do that does anyone have any recommendations of a better 1AA light than the tool. Note* I do not use 14500.

I like the Peak El Capitan (and Logan 17500) but those are rather different in several ways from the Tool.

Also have a ZebraLight SC53w which is quite different, in yet other ways ....

What did you like about the Tool, what did you not ?

I love the fact that it is CW and has memory I never cared for neutral. The more I think it over I'm just going to either order another one or try to climb into the abyss tomorrow to fetch the one I dropped.

You could always buy a small magnet and attach a rope to it to find your flashlight.

Well I retrieved my light. It's a little dirty and was soaking wet from the morning moisture but it works fine.
