That's great as far as it goes, which is not very far, because lumens are pretty much a useless measure unless the task at hand is to choose a light source when engineering a lamp. The luminous flux tells absolutely nothing about the actual, practical, effective performance of the lamp. What's needed (and absent) is intensity distribution information expressed in candela and degrees. That would look like "80cd maximum intensity, 40cd from 25° Left to 25° Right and 5° Up to 5° Down".
