Doesn't sound legit to me, as they could refuse to reimburse you if you gave them a bad review. All the reviews I've seen here that dealer/manufacturers have been a part of they send the light to them and let them keep it after the review... no half off code or nonsense..

You're better off deleting the message and not replying. Poor English is one dead giveaway and it won't be from Lumintop at all. I ve been getting all sorts from everywhere but my info is visible in places it shouldn't be due to yahoo being jacked a couple years or so ago.
