Hi I found a scrapped Maglite 3xD inte the trash bin that i put a 3x XM-L2 triple together with 9x1,5V AA batteries and that is amazing. But i would like to get a more focused beam. I use 18º optics today but it is not narrow enough. What is the most narrow beam optics for XM-L2 today?

The Carlco 10048 will give you a tighter hotspot, but it is a 26.5mm optic. You will be hard pressed to find a more narrow beam in a 20mm optic.
Maybe try playing around with the Carlco 10158 60.0mm Ultra Narrow Catadioptric? It is a bit big for the Maglite head, but you may be able to do something creative.
