Klarus XT2C stuck in strobe mode

Not a problem I have had with my XT11GT.
Is it stuck as in any button pressed turns on strobe? Or do you mean programming it to go into low mode on the paddle? Really could use more info about the problem.

The main on/off switch turns the light on and off. When the light is off,
1. Pressing and holding the paddle causes a fast strobe. Releasing the paddle causes the strobe to stop and the light to go off.
2. Pressing the on/off switch causes the light to turn on in a moderate strobe. While on, pressing the paddle has no effect, and the light stays in the moderate strobe. Pressing the on/off switch again causes the light to turn off.
