Recently found a SureFire X400 I had forgotten about in the garage. Is there a way to upgrade the 170 lumen bulb to 500 lumens? Thanks.

Those Surefire WML's are tricky to work on, as SF loves the threadlock. Basically, you'd have to gut the thing, and lathe out the body/ head for upgraded driver and LED(s)
Or, you can buy one from Oveready, they run up to 24 Watts, but it doesn't come cheap
