The PS16 is equipped with 4 CREE XP-G3 S5 LEDs, the lifespan up to 50000 hours. 3 lighting modes and 1 Strobe special mode, max output up to 2000 lumens and max run time up to 60 hours. It can be powered by 16340 or 18350 Li-ion rechargeable battery. Made of Stainless steel/Copper/Titanium, smooth metal reflector. Temperature protection prevents overheating and heat dissipation grooves. Anti-roll with excellent grip, tail stand capability and trident tail section for emergency self-defense.

Operation:

• From OFF: Fully depress switch for constant-ON
• From ON: Fully depress switch for OFF
• From OFF: Lightly depress switch to activate momentary-ON, lighty depress switch again to change modes cycle through (Med/ Low/ High/ Strobe), release for OFF or Fully depress switch for constant-ON
• From ON: Fully depress switch to turn OFF, fully depress again for change models cycle (Med/ Low/ High/ Strobe)
• Memory function: The brightness level will be memorized if left ON for more than 5 seconds. The device will return to this mode when next turned on.

• Unscrew the tail cap and take out the battery then connect a cable to charge.

I would have bought this light if you didn't include strobe in the main mode. It is so annoying to have to go through strobe mode when switching from high to low.

The flashlights that not include strobe in the main mode are PT16, PT18, FL02 and FL10 etc.
