So I got a Keeppower IMR18350 and it is too thick to fit into an older Quark Tactical QTA CR123 body. Any recommendations on one that may fit?

18350 is 18mm wide and 35mm long cell.
QTA uses AA or 14500 cell which is 14mm wide and 50mm long...

I've got the QTA in a 47 CR123 body, with a Surefire CR123A in it now, and I need a high discharge to power a QK16L head. Or do I need 16340?

You need 16650 for QK16L or 2xC123

I have the QK16L & 16650. I'm trying to use the QK161L head in the CR123 QTA Tactical body.
Then just use 16340
EDIT: you have only QTA head but the body is 1xCR123 or 16340

My realization..., the CR123 body is too much trouble for so little mAh.
My lego fix:
1 - new QK16L head on on 14500 QTA Tactical (AA) older 47 body
2 - 780 lumen QT2L-X burst head on QK16L 16650 body.
Mostly #1..., the QK16L w/14500 body - nice package with a nice 5000k 80 CRI usable beam!
They'll look like this. With the heads swapped though.
