I just ordered an Acebeam T27 which I had to return. It was defective but i will be ordering another one to replace it.

What color temp do you guys recommend for the new one if the light is mainly going to be an outdoors light?

4000K, but they don't come that way.

Of the available options, 5000K. It will have less visible backscatter than 6500K, and an appearance more like that of natural sunlight.

Will the 5000K have a brighter hotspot or about the same?

Well I went ahead and ordered another one in 5000K. Hopefully this one won’t have issues.
