Need help for my Arc-Grey-Kit.

Hello,

from one day to another my Arc grey kit (modded R3J@710mA i added a resistence in parallel with the R15) does not make full brightness. It make 20% circa of full brightness.

-The led is OK !
-The voltage across the led is 2,7 volt instead of the regular 3,4 volt !
-The battery is ok.

What test can i do to discover the component of the board that is gone ?
Can somebody help me ?

Well, lets start with the easy stuff. Is the voltage of your battery 2.7 volts under load? Have you tried using a fresh battery?

Next easy thing: measure the voltage across the sense resistor while operating. It should read 50mV.

Second part of the same question; is the voltage of your battery under load the same as the voltage you are seeing across the LED? If so, it's just operating as direct drive.
