Hello, I am having an awful hard time receiving items from Banggood. Supposedly everything is being returned by Customs. Is there a more reliable place to buy Astrolux? Thanks

Interesting. Still waiting on a ft03 ordered in early December... perhaps it's time to dispute?

Open a chat with them and ask for the status. I had 6 orders open with them, they claim all returned by customs. They give a refund, nut no order filled.

That's unfortunate, I've had no issues with them. I've had no problems buying that type of stuff from aliexpress either, if you care to have a look. I'm in Australia though, dunno how much that affects the whole customs thing.
