    Default Alternate contact method?

    So I ordered an Eiger back in January and it unfortunately had flickering problems. After some back and forth, I was told to send the light in. I did and it was delivered February 6th. My last email from Peak was February 3rd and haven't hard a peep since then. I emailed them on February 20th to see what's up, nothing yet.

    I know when dealing with Peak, patience is key, but my patience is quickly being replaced with regret and part of me is thinking "to **** with this, I want my money back! "

    Can anyone help me?
    What kind of self respecting nocturnal being cannot see in the dark, one way or another?

    I will send Robyn a text to ask her about it. She has been ill so that may explain why.
    Basically a one person shop as she does the work.
