So I ordered an Eiger back in January and it unfortunately had flickering problems. After some back and forth, I was told to send the light in. I did and it was delivered February 6th. My last email from Peak was February 3rd and haven't hard a peep since then. I emailed them on February 20th to see what's up, nothing yet.
I know when dealing with Peak, patience is key, but my patience is quickly being replaced with regret and part of me is thinking "to **** with this, I want my money back! "
