Sylvania LED Fog Light Replacement Bulbs, are They Good?

Used to be a three in one bulb, one bulb fit as three different bulb types, but now H11 is only for H11. Are these good for fog lights as they are sold for?

No. They are sold in this country "for fog lights" (with a wink and an elbow-to-the-ribs) because in the US, headlamp light sources are regulated but fog lamp light sources are not. Just because something isn't illegal doesn't mean it's OK or a good idea. Developments are ongoing in both the hardware and the technical standards, but at this point in time and for the foreseeable future, so-called "LED bulbs" really cannot be truthfully seen as anything but an unsafe scam...even with a big name like Sylvania or Philips on the box...no matter what any given country's lawbooks might or might not have to say about them.
