I have been using 18650 keep power 3500 for a few years now. I see they have a 3600 now. Is this new? Are the same size as my 3500? I'm just seeing these.

I'll be jiggerd. For some reason never saw them before. I see there a little bigger then the 3500 I'm using. I'll stick with what works. Need to grab a few.

3500s are generally good for 10A continuous, so with today's modern blasters there's absolutely no reason to seek out the 3600 mAh NCR18650Gs, which were just a slight improvement over the NCR18650Bs, that we're the stalwarts from a few years back, IMO.

I see the 3500 are backordered @ ILLUMN, good enough to just opt for the 3600 for general use?

It always depends on your device's current requirement.

For my Zebralight XYZ...sure.

For my Emisar D4 and D4V2...no way Jose'.

All of my stuff is old, nothing hot rod in my current collection. I do have some decent drop-ins, but they are years old. Others include some emitter swapped original HDS lights that I run 17670 & 18650 in..

If that's just the case, then the workhorse Pannie NCR18650B, 3400 mAh cell would be fine up to 4-5A and be inexpensive, from reputable dealers.
