This came along with a light I picked up a few days ago. From yourlittlecncshop.com I prefer the stock bezel so I'm passing this one along. I believe that this is the machined version, and it does have the outer lens cushion installed, but no o-rings. I tried to show one tiny little surface mark - you really have to be looking for it!.

$50 shipped to any of the 50 United States. First "I'll take it" in this thread gets it.
