Question about Fireflies ROT66 Gen II SST20 5000K ramping brightness

I've been fiddling around with an ROT66 Gen II that I recently bought and I've noticed that every time I ramp up the brightness, it would stop at a certain brightness and not go all the way to Turbo. I'd have to double click to activate turbo. It's as if there's some sort of "ceiling" when ramping up. To elaborate, I hold down to ramp up then the light gradually ramps up to something like 40-50% brightness (subjectively) then ramping stops even though I keep holding the button. To access Turbo, I double click then it immediately jumps to turbo. So there's like a whole half of the spectrum that I can't access. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the light? Please help.

That is the intended behavior and configurable in the Anduril software.

To add to what Maukka said, by changing the ramp configuration, you can change how far it ramps. If you only click once when setting the ceiling, you can ramp all the way to turbo.
