Early Gavko Knives - Opinions please?

Hi,

I'm a big fan of flippers but have only bought production models (ZT and Kershaws) in the past. I've just discovered Gavko knives and I'm particularly taken with the Flipper 2.0.

Could any of you good people enlighten me with any advice on these knives please? Im specifically interested in the 2.0, probably a plain CF handled version, is there anything I should be looking out for?

Have you watched any of his YouTube videos? He does pretty good breakdowns and always ends with "remember, don't cut yourself!" [emoji3]

Thanks for that! I'd found a couple of reviews but not his channel. Wow, prolific! I scrolled through all his stuff right from the beginning. Once I reached him building his own knives I started dipping in, then watched all the flipper related material from the transition to 2.0. Very interesting!

Yes, thanks. Unfortunately the knife I was researching was sold last night.....

Bored, locked down and roaming the web looking at expensive knives. What could possibly go wrong?
