I have an old 4 sevens mini in Titanium I bought many years ago. It had worked reiably for many years. Last month it failed to work. Are these repairable? It has been through a lot with me and is the prettiest smallest flashlight I won. I would be glad to invest in it to give it a new life.

Foursevens had glued the Quark Mini Legacy MKI and MKII's heads. A warranty claim will not repair your exact light.
The adhesive used on your light can be undone. There are industrial solvents that can dissolve the adhesive, but they are not common and available at industrial supply companies. The most common way modder's use is heat to break the adhesive down. Many have succeeded in boiling the head in a zipplock bag. This would allow the replacement of the driver/LED on your light. I would check out the modders others have suggested to give that light a new life :D
