I'm going to assume that nobody actually runs a 17500 In There 17500😁 with all other battery options don't blame them.Apparently they have made changes through the years on the tube so without knowing how old mine is peak can't really give me a max length. I'll figure it out and post when I know.

I'm looking at picking up a 17500 Logan, so I'll be very interested in what you figure out as well! I was planning on using the Keeppowers, too.

I have a few different ones coming in to test. I do know this, the older AW 17500 work. The seller is sending them along with some other stuff.Problem is most new 17500 are much longer. It's crazy that most who own a 17500 don't run 17500😁 but guess I can figure out why.

Yeah, I held off buying anything other than AW for years for that reason. I've noticed lately there has been a trend for certain Keeppower 14500's that are closer to spec length-wise, so I'm hopeful we can find a 17500 as well. I've had very good service from Keeppower cells.

Keeppowers work well but my only complaint is their cheap, non magnetic negative metal disc ends which scratch up. My old aw's are still going strong, have tough ends and work with my cottenpickers chargers.

You have a really good point there about the magnets. I've had the same issue with Orbtronic protected cells. I've been using my Foursevens usb charger on-the-go with those cells instead of the cottonpickers because it has stronger magnets.

I don't worry too much about the scratching, because I've trained myself to unscrew the head instead of the tail to swap cells, which nearly all of my lights allow for.

Ok well I can confirm AW 17500/1100 Mah work great! I'd still like to try keeppowers though. There a bit longer but 200 mah more in capacity.

So ultrafire 17500 1300 mah are a little to long so keeppower 17500 will more then likely be as well. Looks like AW is the way to go. 1100 mah and still available.

Gotta bring this back to life. Thinking of trying to track down a 17500 as I am having a bit of trouble using AAs. They don't seem to be quire long enough. The other batteries I use are fine in their adapters but the AAs require twisting the head almost all the way down.
Don't know anything about the 17500 other than what has been posted here.I didn't want to mess with them because I figured I would need to get batteries and a charger to go along with it.
TG, any udpates??
