Help with buying LEDs bulbs for office

I have a 10' x 10' office with the only lighting being a ceiling fan with 3 lights. The light sockets have a 40-watt max and I have been using CFL EcoSmart 60 watt equivalents/900 lumens x3 with a 2700K color temperature.

My office is so dimly lit that I want to try some LED bulbs but wondering whether I should get a 75watt (1100 lumens) or 100 watt (1500-1600 lumens) equivalent and whether they should be a Bright White 3000k or 5000K Daylight?

LED bulbs are kind of expensive so could use your input so I don't waste money trying out all these combinations... 75 watt equivalent (1100 lumens) Bright White, 75 watt equivalent (1100 lumens) Daylight, 100 watt equivalent (1500-1600 lumens) Bright White, or 100 watt equivalent (1500-1600) Daylight. Any suggestions?

Been looking at Home Depot's website for EcoSmart, Philips, and Feit... are they all equally decent?

Are the bulbs open or inside a fixture. If open go for the 100W equivalent. If closed may want to stay at 75w equivalent. Bright white or daylight will appear much brighter and is better for reading and visual tasks.

Thanks each light has a megaphone type fixture around them so plenty of room to breathe so I'll go with the 100w equivalent.

Now just need to decide whether to go with Bright White 3000 lumens or Daylight 5000 lumens... I wonder can Bright White be too dull and can Daylight be too bright?

In a work office environment you'll probably want 5000K which will make it easier to focus both visually and mentally than 3000K.

3000 Kelvin or 5000 Kelvin :) 3000K is still quite warm. Go with 5000K. It will wake you up (literally by suppressing melatonin), and it gives you better visual acuity.
