If I didn't have any other li-ion charging needs besides the 16340s for the HDS I would probably just have the Folomov or the similar Olight universal magnetic charger. They are super convenient to carry.
    Are the Vapcell batteries protected?

They are not. I don't think any INR chemistry cells come protected.
    Hello darkness my old friend,
I've come to talk with you again...
I liked neutral tints before they were cool.

Haha. I might add when those GITD diffusers eventually come back.

The reflectors are great. Here are most of the reflectors in compare. Only the very first green GTID reflector is missing.

From the left: "violet me", Double Beryl, Pumpkin Spice, Blue Moon, Firefly

I hope the names are correct, I am getting old and forget names...

Where do you get these beautiful pics! ? Is this from your collection?
I remember some of your beam shot pics when I was researching beams and light color. They were highly informative for a newbie like me, thank you.

All Pictures I post are taken by myself. It is the 2nd hobby I have

Some time ago I posted this Picture that shows both of my Hobbies

The Pentax lens and the HDS Rotary Titanium are both the same value. With the Pentax lens I had a really great time in South Africa in Fall 2019. Took tons of Pictures... Elephants, Lions, Hippos, …. was a great adventure. But showing this pictures here would be too offtopic...

When I have more time I need to update the HDS tint compare. But it takes some time to prepare all my lights...

Wow, I love the lens! I’m a Pentax and HDS fan as well! I only have a Pentax K-R and Fuji X100, currently though.

I was also starting with the Pentax K-r Long time ago. Moving to K30 and K50 and now I have two Kp bodies, a black and a silver one. Since I have the 11-18mm lens I also do not Need any additional lenses anymore…. at least that is the plan.

The 11-18mm lens is great. I used the "old" 12-24mm F4 for a Long time. But the 11-18mm F2.8 is sealed and together with ma Pentax Kp great. This camera has a High ISO capable sensor. ISO6400 can be used without any Quality loss, and ISO12800 and ISO25600 can be used with a slightly loss due to sensor noise. But with a filter most noises can be filtered.

Btw. here I have posted a few Pictures: https://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?468160-South-Africa-Fall-2019

I am pretty sure you will have a lot fun with your HDS. What LED option did you choose?

At the moment all international shipments are quite slow. Only a COVID infection is fast, no matter in what country you are....

Unfortunately the first time it was shipped it was returned because all shipments to the Philippines was closed. It was worth the wait though. Thank you!

Sorry if I missed it if someone already mentioned this earlier in the thread, but consider getting a holster. I've had my HDS more than a decade and it still looks like new because it's so well protected by the leather holster.
