This question is for owners of the Fenix PD36R flashlight. The charging port dust cover on my light won't stay in place. I only used this port twice to charge the battery and now it won't stay in. My question is there anyone that had the same problem? I made the mistake of taking the cover off and replace it with the spare. That was before I realized there was no spare included. Now I can't get the cover in at all. Were you able to get the problem rectified?

The nub doesn't look damaged. The whole thing doesn't fit in it's spot.

Be sure you're pushing the nub into the charging slot first, no reason it shouldn't fit.

Have you checked so you don't have any leftover mould marks on the nub itself? I had that issue with my Rovyvon Aurora and some careful use of a scalpel fixed it nicely.

I recently purchased the PD36R. My rubber cover fits perfectly. I do plan on putting a Ranger band over mine so I don't get the cover damaged over time.
