I'm making a spotlight/searchlight that I am having trouble finding a reflector for, let alone a metal one. The LED I'm using is a Luminus Devices CVM-32-56-95-54-AC00-F2-3 if you'd like to reference that for any info I don't give. Viewing angle is 120° and LED size is 34.8mm, size of the whole LED is 38mm. I'd like a spotlight reflector that has around 6-15 degree beam, as the LED is bright enough to give a decent spill. Size isn't a factor since I haven't started making the housing for all of it, but it for sure has to be metal. I had a plastic reflector that gave a 25° beam, but that melted on a lower power luminus devices led due to bad heat sinking (whoops, went to water cooling for this led because its rated at 272 watts) but I want a tighter beam. Any advice on where to look? Or any advice on places that I can order a custom reflector from?
