Can an O light Universal magnetic charger be used to charge a 14250 3.7V 350mAh battery?
It's not a listed battery for this charger but it is within the specs.

If there is another battery with the same or lower mah listed it should work just fine. I would for safety sake monitor the first charging of this battery to make sure there is no issues.

That charger has no current adjustment it's always .750A which is way too much current for that battery. The sweet spot for a 350mAh battery at is about .175A. I think you will be ok at .200A but no way would I go higher. Even if it were a full 14500 rated at 800mAh it's still too much current in my opinion.

I didn't see it was 750ma..... From what I've read the maximum recommended charging rate is about 0.7C which for a 350ma battery would equate to about 245ma but you are better off around 0.5C for smaller batteries IMO.

Thanx for all the info guys/gals. Still confused. I guess if Olight says don't do it - I won't.

Get a single cell tray type charger (spring loaded) that offers changeable charging rates and I suggest one that supports a rate in the 100-150ma range (0.15A) you can use a 150ma rate but ideally manufacturers recommend about70% of the capacity charged in an hour as a maximum.
