    Default Non-working Ra Light, no response from HDS

    Need to get a repair done on a Ra Light Clicky, sent 2 emails to HDS, no response.

    Have you tried to call and leave a message? Henry has always been good about getting back with me via phone. Also he's probably pretty busy with the custom light orders he just put out.

    2 emails over what period of time? I believe Henry is a one man show for most of the week.

    are you using info@HdsSystems.com

    I just checked with Henry and he said he didn't get any emails regarding a Ra.

    When did you send them?

    Henry has been excellent in getting back to me fast, unless he is in a Cave or at a convention. Check the technology at your end.
