BT-C3100 charger OK for 18650 INR batteries?

Is the BT-C3100 charger OK for 18650 INR batteries? I thought this would be easy to find information but I got nothing...

Exactly. ICR/IMR/INR li-ion batteries of a nominal 3.6/3.7v typically have an operating range from 2.5-4.2v and use any CC/CV (constant current, constant voltage) charger that adjusts voltage to maintain a constant current until the battery reaches 4.2v and then holds that voltage until the battery itself stops drawing enough current and then charging is terminated. There are a few models of batteries that are higher capacity and have a nominal 3.8v, and you need a charger that can charge up to 4.35v (there is a hidden switch in that Opus if you open it up to configure between 4.2v, 4.35v li-ion cells and 3.6v max LiFePo4/IFR batteries).
