    Thumbs up Cheers to 4Sevens/Prometheus Customer Service

    I reached out to them about my discontinued Preon light that I purchased almost 10 years ago; the alkaline batteries leaked and destroyed the body and switch.

    Long story short they sold me a new body and switch. They could have easily told me to kick rocks and buy a new Preon for $60.

    Thank you for continuing to offer support for past products.

    For them to tell you to kick rocks would necessitate they act outside their nature - perhaps not so easy for them after all.

    Add another cheers to 4Sevens/Prometheus customer service.

    Now only if they could find me an orange Preon P2.
    Sometimes I wonder if I've purchased my last flashlight.

    I received the parts today; my beloved Preon is now back in business
