I reached out to them about my discontinued Preon light that I purchased almost 10 years ago; the alkaline batteries leaked and destroyed the body and switch.

Long story short they sold me a new body and switch. They could have easily told me to kick rocks and buy a new Preon for $60.

Thank you for continuing to offer support for past products. :twothumbs

For them to tell you to kick rocks would necessitate they act outside their nature - perhaps not so easy for them after all. :grin2:

Add another cheers to 4Sevens/Prometheus customer service.

Now only if they could find me an orange Preon P2. :)
