everytime rubber slide and don't enter .....

Have you tried wetting it?

If that's not enough, you need some lubricant that's compatible with both the cable and the cable gland. Maybe silicone grease? It's used for o-rings and is compatible with most dive gear.

thank with hot water.. that work
