I believe only the Elite Max Eternalight is the only one of their products which is regulated. The PALights (at least current versions) are fully regulated. You can determine at least a partial list simply by looking at the runtime plots in the Reviews forum. Those that are flat (or nearly so) until their output drops off are typically regulated. In cases where lithium or rechargeable cells are used for the plot, the output is more nearly flat, even in unregulated lights.

You may also want to browse Quickbeam's site (www.flashlightreviews.com). He typically indicates which are regulated and which are not.
