Spark flood SD6-460NW stopped working!!!

I have a Spark flood SD6-460NW in like new condition. I stored it for 10 years, and now it doesn’t work even though it looks brand new.

Yes, I tried good batteries that work in other flashlights.

I had a Spark headlamp and the switch wore out. Going Gear sent it back to China and Spark fixed it. Cost me something like $5 to help cover costs. I dont think Spark is in bussiness but maybe Going Gear knows some one to help.
