I have the manual. It is incomprehensible. It has two buttons, many modes, and many functions. It has four two-part scales that are part white and part blue. What do the blue scales indicate? I imagine the white scale is measuring battery voltage. What do the buttons do? What should the IR read? What should the charging amperage read? What does the Cap mode do?
It charged the batteries, but I couldn't determine the significance of the blue readout as the batteries were charging.
