Forgive me for eschewing the typical fill-in form that many use here, but this is a pretty specific and self-explanatory request. I am looking for a pistol mounted light similar in form to the Streamlight TLR series. Must be stout enough for use on in a home defense capacity.

Requirements
- durable
- IPX7 or better
- Bright enough (200+ lumens min)
- Decent runtime (1hr+)
- mounts on a Glock gen 4 rail
- takes primary battery (AAA, AA, CR123, etc)
- Under $100

Not required but would be nice
- Has compatible holsters available, especially OWB paddle type.

Anybody know of a good option out there? Obviously I am not looking for the latest 1000lm Surefire just something that can reliably investigate a concerning bump in the night in my suburban house.

Olight makes a few products that may interest you. Olight BALDR series. They fit most of your requirements. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on their quality or durability. I don't own any myself. Best of luck.

I suggest you stick to Streamlight/SureFire, for the use you request.

When I'm going to be buying something for "critical" use, I have found/learned that "cheaping out" is not acceptable, at least for me.

I wish you luck in your search.
