I don't have full privileges. I tried so far I have tried chrome and firefox. I can't make it work. Maybe I need to do it on a pc

I really don’t know what to say. That forum works just like this one. Once you are registered and logged in you should be able to see the forum index with all the various subforums and then post or start threads at will.
