Tactical light with advanced charging features

My ideal light would be something like a surefire stiletto but with a USB-c charging port that supports 2-way fast charging, meaning I can use it as a small emergency power bank or recharge it from my phone.

For some reason most light still use micro usb or if they do have USB-c, it's a dumb port.

I'm just curious what tool/equipment you have that DOES support two-way fast charging. Recharging your flashlight using your phone with fast charging I can't see being a good idea. Most flashlight cells are going to be equal to or greater than most phone cells...so that it would likely take most or all of your phone's charge to take the light up to full. Yes, micro-usb is everywhere. Still. Because phones aren't the only USB powered/connected things any more and because one amp is almost always good enough to charge things up or give them power.
