Any recommended D nimh?

I'm starting to look into c and d nimh, and a new charger. I have a few lights etc that would be better off using them, at least for peace of mind.
Does anyone have a recommendation from experience?

I've had good luck with Soshine. Tenergy Centuras are good too, but the Soshines are just as good with higher capacity.

If you can, yes if you can, better to use 21700 as one of them has power (Voltage and capacity) of 3 "C" cell connected in series.

Each 21700 has diameter of 22.5mm , length of 75mm , capacity of 5000mAh , low self discharge and weight of 70g

Each pack of 3C NiMH has diameter of 25.5mm , length of 150mm , capacity of 5000mAh and weight of 150g

Any recommended D nimh?
