Eneloop AAA 0.11 v, refresh?

Relocating my batteries,So I used this move to check all my batteries in storage, I discovered a few nimh Eneloops are only 0.11 v, my Panasonic charger BQ cc 65 has a Repair/refresh mode.
Is it safe to use it with such a low voltage or should I throw them out?

i've charged NiMHs at that low of a voltage with no issue, repeatedly. They are still holding up well.

Yeah, NiMH are completely safe to use, no matter how far they were discharged. It's lithium-ion cells that are dangerous to recharge when they are too far drained.

I've had Eneloops that were "reverse charged" (drained to far in multi-cell devices), and they were fine after charging. Charging had to be done by using a "really dumb charger", that forced current through the cell until the polarity was properly restored, then I could charge it in a normal charger.

Eneloop AAA 0.11 v, refresh?
