Wow, that was a pretty scathing original post & email, for what amounted to user-error. I think you're on Prometheous's spam list, now. 
Well, I dunno what the original post said but it doesn't seem to matter now as it has been edited and the problem solved. I'll close this thread now. If the OP has additional questions on the product a new thread might be in order. Thanks.
