Dear Vinh,

What's with the missing segment out of the reflector, up at 12 o'clock?

Is that where the "proximity sensor" lives?
Or did they have to cut down the reflector to make room for the push-button?

^ This, as I understand it.

Having used this light extensively the last week or so I think the proximity sensor on this light and the Maurader 2 is a gimmick at best. The light doesn't step down until 3-4 inches away from an object. Its basically there to prevent the light from burning the use and itself. I really think it should just shut down the light instead. Does anyone know if we have any control over this sensor? I have not read the manual. I love this light otherwise. I dearly wish the HC35 have this light but retain its quad and USBC charging so we can run any cell we want. Out on the job at least several 21700 cells are needed.
