first time flashlight build advise needed

this is my first to to build a flashlight and i was wondering but parts would make a good throwing 18650 flashlight.
i think mountain electronics.com would be the best site to find all the parts but i am not sure what parts would work the best.
i like the blue Convoy S2+ host was wondering what driver would work for something like a triple osram or triple xpl hi and what lumens and throw would be expected with different drivers and optics.
just don't want to get the wrong driver and it blows up the leds.

(be sure to drill a hole in the pill included with your S2+. Use the hole in the spacer as a guide and you can get away with using a hand drill- just try to keep it straight up and down and remember to chamfer the newly drilled hole)

get some thermal grease too. there is a solid triple build walkthrough on youtube by lux lumen.
