I have a couple of head lights, but I am not a huge fan. If I am working, or outside, I usually have a hat on. I often end up holding a flashlight in my mouth when I need both hands free.

I saw there are a couple of different companies that sell neck lights. I was not impressed with the amount of adjustment of each of the lights. Also I wanted a high CRI.

I ordered 2 Prometheus Beta QR lights, 2 Beta flex arms, and some 1/4" Loc-Line and this is what I came up with. It was a little pricey, but it has met all my expectations.

It works very well. You can adjust the tension so it grips around your neck, or just hangs resting on the back of the neck. You can use one light or both lights. You can overlap the beams for a wider viewing area, or have them pointing in entirely different directions. I have used it with one pointing at my feet and one shining further ahead. You can use it for working overhead.

It looks kind of goofy when I am using it, but it works so well, I don't care how it looks.
