Li-ion or another chemistry??

For a car/truck flashlight during the summer months. When car temps exceed 120 degrees during the summer months, how well do Li-ion cells holdup?

For high temps (and low temps) Energizer ultimate lithium AAA or AA's along with 3V CR123A cells are best, both are rated for -40 to 140F, though these are not rechargeable.
