So I have a couple of incandescent bulbs from a track lighting fixture that I'm trying to replace with LEDs. The screw base diameter (measured with an accurate caliper) is 16.1mm. Now, I know E14 and E17 base, but I'm not aware of an E16 base. What is this??? Do these things fit in a standard E17 slot?
