This is continuation from my sale post...

Long story short, i have mistakenly advertised flashlight for sale although it's the same manufacturer. The one i sold (Mateminco MT07 copper with heatsink upgrade) to this member is higher quality and more expensive than the one i said it was (Astrolux MF01mini).
At first he sent me a message i have wrongly addressed aux lights...(??). Well i thought since English is not my first language that maybe it is my fault but the thing is i did post a photo of it so everybody could see what are they...
After i have asked for a photo of received items and aux leds, he accused me i sold wrong flashlight...(??)
Now i got really confused cause 1lb of copper is hard to mix in the package.
I asked him again to send a photo of received items which he didn't comply but instead asked for a full refund.
He confirmed without any photo of the light that it's Mateminco and not Astrolux. Again it's the same manufacturer (Mateminco) and Astrolux is name used to be sold on Banggood.
I went back through my order history and all i could found is that i order it from BG, BUT they had a backorder so instead they (BG) send directly from manufacturer, Mateminco.
Since then i haven't checked the name and was convinced it was Astrolux.

After some weeks guy started sending emails that i sent lower quality and way cheaper light...(??????) This time i have asked for a link/info/official price details of both lights where he replied only as "i remember seeing it somewhere"....(seriously?) and he would be happy with 25$ refund for quality difference.
At first it was 110$ then 50$ and now 25$...
My last response in emails was "claim Paypal" just to end this agony.

I did further research asking well known modders and members here am i really wrong and sent advertised lower quality (driver) light instead of higher quality.
Response was in all cases that i mistakenly advertised (my fault) light but i sent higher quality one. Difference in quality comes also in $$. So Mateminco i sent cost 134$ where the same light but named Astrolux cost 92$...

I hope my logic is not wrong here but i think i messed up and lost money sending better stuff advertised as lower quality and cheaper.

Not to be rushed with conclusions i also sent Paypal staff email with everything described and with the links to both lights for price check. Lucky for me they replied i have nothing to be worried about cause buyer seems to be a scammer as they had a chance seeing it before (almost daily).

What's worse i've got several PM's here from other members who dealt with this guy saying they had the same problems and he even used the same "claim pattern".

Anyhow, i am still waiting for those links of both Astrolux and Mateminco models and their prices.

EDIT: Yes i did propose to send it back and a refund but chit chat was the only thing i've got so do the math

I understand your frustration, it is always difficult for both parties when a deal goes awry, but please note those same CPF rules referred to in that thread (particularly #4 and #7) for your post here.

How to make a short story long is more accurate id

You were right, it is my inexperience with branding.
That and our perception of comments is lost in translation. At least I hope

PLEASE EVERYONE watch out for me - If your cursed with me in your thread - PLEASE PLEASE check your details. Im a beginner, abrasive, and expect to get what I paid for. ANY MEMBER that has had a bad transaction with me- please drop a comment. I will avoid your sales in the future

So get your Mateminco light back and send Scapegoat the Astrolux he was expecting or refund his money.

I did propose that after first contact but i asked first to show me on photos what he got. Never got photos (until yesterday) nor light was sent back. After that it was only claiming money out loud.
Something is not right...

Is there a hidden camera somewhere?

This is rich. Im found out - PayPal's most wanted.

Oh, and heres the pic I sent you back on 4/20, I guess you were to buzy celebrating to see this

EDIT - removed as per guidelines

Im not sending anything to OD, his meds must need tapering off. Your memory is almost as bad as your ethics. Since you apparently missed the mediation as well, Ill turn myself in to PayPal, and see what they say.

Like i said then i'll say it now again, send it back for a refund...
I hope everything is clear...(?)

Your tone and language is what caused all this and not fullfiling obligations as a buyer.

EDIT: that's the only photo you posted claiming it's the wrong item (???) and wrong aux leds. Lucky for everyone name and details of this light are clearly visible...

Not fulfilling what?
I posted the mf price in the other thread, heres your mt

Ironically, it has been your tone throughout that has peaked my interest in this. Several members here huh? Funny, I have only had one incident where someone forgot a item, but that was easy.

You got me on paypal most wanted. That literally had me burst out laughing. The real lol. For that I thank you.

But as far as any details go, your batting 000.

Yes indeed, the screenshot does not show the bottom pic, but its the same one from the other other thread (notice the blanket and lighting.)

Funny, the above pic is the same orientation lacking the branding as your original sales thread pic......

Send the refund, AND the shipping. I trust you less than pornhub's notice that there are 7 hot women within a 2 mile radius on my location that want to hook up now

All you said was, cool it, your inexperienced, these are the same light. And no matter how many times I said the astro is more, you said the astro is cheap. And that they are the same.

And I admit I did not know that. One Member here pm'd me and agreed they are the same. But there is still the price issue. If they are the samesame, why is one more than the other?
That's rhetorical, you don't have to answer that, but i would enjoy it if you did

@ScapegoatUmi please remove what appears to be a photo of personal text messaging above.

This is the second time the rules for CPF "Jeers" have been highlighted in this matter ....

Do not post any unauthorized correspondence here.

Emails, PM's, real names, addresses and personal phone numbers are inherently private. If you don't have permission, don't quote or post (in part or whole) any of them here without explicit permission.

Thank you.

Since the tone here is not particularly civil, be aware that if this thread becomes obviously unconstructive, it will be closed.
