Various bulb lookups suggest the dome light bulb in my '02 Silverado may be a 578 or a 211-2.

Near as I can tell, they're physically the same bulb, with the 578 being 10 watts and the 211-2 being 12.5 watts.

The Zevo versions appear to be the exact same "bulb" in two differently-labeled packages.

Or am I completely wrong, which is often the case?

You're correct about all of it: physically the same, 2.5 watt/3 candlepower difference, and while I haven't looked specifically, it's probably true that these "two" Zevo bulbs are really one and the same. There's a lot of that in the Zevo product line (1157, 2057, 2357, 7528...or 168, 194, W3W, W5W...or 3057, 4057, 3157, 3457, 4157, 4114...multiple different packages for the same Zevo LED bulb)
